I have had the pleasure to train with Mark both privately and in his group classes and the standard of coaching has always been world class. COACH" is the key word when when you talk about working with Mark. He is by far and away the best fitness professional I have ever worked with. His Knowledge is amazing and he has a real gift in making sure you not only know how to do an exercise, but more importantly why you are doing it. Mark is also a great motivator he puts in 120% to every session and he demands you put in the same focus and intensity. Working with him is really easy because of his energy and enthusiasm it is completely infectious. So Great. I have found that the my training with mark has improved my Yoga, Golf ( an extra 10 yards with all my irons) & skiing.
If my travel allowed me I would train with mark everyday. It is that much fun and I see great results.
